Company Profile
This business has very successfully operated since +/- 1980 under
the name Boet Swanepoel Engineering, until it changed hands and name
(Electro Systems) on 01-05-1987. At that date it was taken over by
the undersigned as a going concern with a very good reputation and
we have expanded and improved on that reputation over the past years.
Electro Systems has specialized skills in electrical control panels
and associated protection and auxiliary equipment, electrical power
distribution and protection systems, control and process automation
and water and sewage plant control and instrumentation.
We concentrate on the design and manufacture of motor control centers
for irrigation pump stations, pack-houses, saw-milling the general
industry and are also active in automation control through P.L.C.,
radio telemetry etc.
Since its foundation in 1980, Electro Systems has build a technological
lead specializing in design, development, supplies and installation
of electrical and instrumentation equipment over the past 17 years,
and is a close corporation, formed on March 1, 2000.
Electro Systems has specialized skills in electrical control panels

water and sewage plant control and instrumentation. We concentrate

also active in automation control through PLC (process logic control),
etc. Having the technical expertise in-house minimizes reliance on
subcontractors, enabling Electro Systems to better manage the risks
associated with project interfaces. What’s more, our expertise
goes beyond all aspects of design, engineering and installations.
This, along with our unique combination of engineering excellence,
project management expertise and logistical support, provides a depth
of organization and resources matched by few companies.
Electro Systems offers consulting, detailed engineering design and
maintenance services, covering a wide range of electrical and control
system technologies, and has direct access to electrical drafting,
installation and panel manufacturing facilities and skilled maintenance
personnel and procedures. The company’s prime objective is to
offer a Top Customer Support Service on a turnkey or piece meal basis
as required by the customer.
Management & Personnel
The Electro Systems team is headed by Martyn van Beek, and made up
of an Administrative, Maintenance, Projects and sales team. Each member
has an impressive background and each brings to Electro Systems many
valuable years of experience within the industry. In adding value,
we actively foster and facilitate cooperation and collaboration. Our
staff provides feedback from the field, allowing improvements and
best practices to be exchanged and delivered at our office, to benefit
and value of all our clients and contractors.
Electro Systems has a technically strong team of Electrical and Instrument
Technicians, and Registered Installation and Construction Electricians.
This team has its base experience in industrial plant, with experience
on low voltage reticulation schemes and power distribution.
